Booking & Reservations

All reservations are subject to vehicle availability. A confirmed booking constitutes a binding agreement. BLVK reserves the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater value.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations more than 4 hours before pick-up: full refund. Within 4 hours: 50% charge. No-shows: 100% charge. Modifications are accepted up to 2 hours before pick-up.

Pricing

All rates are flat and upfront. There is no surge pricing. Gratuity, unusual tolls, and parking fees are not included in quoted rates.

Passenger Conduct

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. BLVK reserves the right to terminate a ride if passenger conduct poses a risk to the driver or vehicle.

Liability

BLVK carries $5M commercial liability insurance on all vehicles. Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events.
